May I buy severeral lift tickes in one order?

Yes. It is possible to purchase several tickets lift tickets in one order.

The data of the lift tickets are linked and saved in your user account. The next time you order, the KeyCard number, name, etc. are already registered.

What about kids?

Children under the age of 6 travel free when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. However, small children under the age of 6 also need a valid ticket when using the cable cars or lifts without a parent (e.g. in a ski school).

Children from 6 up to and including 15 years pay the child price, young people from 16 up to and including 18 years pay the youth price.

Family tickets or the "Child in the family" tariff is valid for families: children from 6 up to and including 18 years of age accompanied by at least one parent


Do I have to choose a specific date?

Yes, for all for all ski passes and tickets a day of validity or a period of validity for multi-day tickets must be selected. If you want to give away a ticket without a specific date, we recommend buying a voucher.

What does a family ticket include?

A family ticket consists of 1 or 2 parents and at least one of their own children.

What means reload a KeyCard?

If you already have a KeyCard, you can load a valid ticket to it via the web shop. To do this, the number of the KeyCard (to be found on the back of the card) must be entered during the booking process. The ticket is activated on the first pass at the access turnstile.

What is a pick up ticket?

After purchasing the ticket, you will receive a QR code by email. This code can be scanned at the machines or cash registers on site and you will receive the actual ticket.

What is a mobile/print@home ticket?

After the purchase, you will receive a ticket with a barcode by email. This code can be scanned directly at the access turnstiles (digitally on a mobile phone or printed out).
