Children under the age of 6 travel free when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. However, small children under the age of 6 also need a valid ticket when using the cable cars or lifts without a parent (e.g. in a ski school).
Children from 6 up to and including 15 years pay the child price, young people from 16 up to and including 18 years pay the youth price.
Family tickets or the "Child in the family" tariff is valid for families: children from 6 up to and including 18 years of age accompanied by at least one parent
Yes, for all for all ski passes and tickets a day of validity or a period of validity for multi-day tickets must be selected. If you want to give away a ticket without a specific date, we recommend buying a voucher.
A family ticket consists of 1 or 2 parents and at least one of their own children.
If you already have a KeyCard, you can load a valid ticket to it via the web shop. To do this, the number of the KeyCard (to be found on the back of the card) must be entered during the booking process. The ticket is activated on the first pass at the access turnstile.
After purchasing the ticket, you will receive a QR code by email. This code can be scanned at the machines or cash registers on site and you will receive the actual ticket.
